Michael asked:I attend a Protestant church and I’m having doubts as far as questioning the teachings of the church. I feel I’ve been given some gifts of the Spirit which I know they would ignore. They believe in works more than grace. What would you say to this?Fr. Paul Keller replied:"It sounds like you are having some questions about the Protestant church that you’re in and some doubts about whether or not everything that you’re being taught is really the fullness of truth. What I would say to you is the fullness of truth can be found in the Church. In God’s church, in Christ’s church which is the Catholic church ...Go to your nearest parish and asked to be enrolled in the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults, the RCIA program, and ask to become a Catholic ... If you are looking for the fullness of the truth, the complete teaching, then pick up a copy of the Catechism of the Catholic church or go to Catholic.com and look at some of the teachings that you are asking about there."
